3. Customization & Samples
Branding proofs or physical samples may be shared for approval prior to bulk production on select orders. Minor variation in colour, material or finish is possible with customized and hand-finished products.
4. Lead Time & Delivery
Lead times shown are estimates from order confirmation and full payment (or agreed milestone), and may vary with customization complexity, order volume, and seasonal demand (particularly around Diwali, New Year and Christmas). Delivery across multiple cities is coordinated according to the confirmed schedule.
